Dr. Allison Bush, DPT

Dr. Allison Bush, a native of Evansville, graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2009 from the University of Evansville’s inaugural DPT program and prior with a Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science in 2007.

In 2010 she became a Certified Lymphatic Therapist (CLT) through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.  In 2019, Allison successfully completed course work through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy to obtain the credentials Certification in Dry Needling (Cert DN) and is 1 of only 4 people in the state to have completed this advanced training.  She currently carries duel licensure in the states of Indiana and Kentucky to practice physical therapy.  

Allison is passionate about providing women’s specialized care especially in the areas of pregnancy related pain/dysfunction and post-partum. Allison also carries extensive knowledge in vestibular/ocular motor dysfunction and concussion management. She has worked in a variety of settings from private practice, hospital based and inpatient/skilled nursing facilities. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a 2020 Leadership Everyone Alumni.  

She enjoys staying active especially testing her physical limits at Hard HIIT, visiting with friends, and volunteering with her fiancé Todd as a loving foster home for local animal shelters.
